Apart from being a fee earning Solicitor, Jay has been authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to carry out various roles including Supervision, Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, Training Principal etc. Other than regulatory responsibilities, he is also responsible to make sure that the Practice complies with its statutory duties, such as health and safety, data protection etc.

Jay enjoys reading books, listening to Radio 4 and write blogs, legal contents for local newspapers, websites and social media feeds. At his spare time, he also enjoys teaching his children and goes for swimming.
