Jay’s specialisation covers Litigation, Family, Employment, Landlord and Tenant, Immigration, Property, Planning, Wills and Probate and Licensing.
Jay is regularly instructed in litigation matters, particularly in complicated Commercial, Employment and Property matters. As Jay is specialising in inter-disciplinary and cross-over practice he has a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer to his clients, especially when the issues overlap among practice areas such as Family, Business, Employment, Immigration and Litigation.
Example is better than precept. Let’s see what his clients are saying about his services:
One of Jay’s commercial clients commends on his skills and client care as
…They always listen to our legal needs carefully and based on that give advice and guidance. They are best in counselling…”
A litigation client comments on the professionalism as
I am very impressed with his work and conduct. He always delivers to an excellent standard with a professional way of dealing with cases. I am very satisfied with the results…”
Another property client speaks from his open heart
…from a personal perspective you have lifted this weight off my shoulders and can now look to the future! We would all like to thank you for the amazing hard work and dedication that you both put in helping us achieve our goal. I only wish we had come across your services a lot sooner…”
Jay also has been commended for his high standard of professionalism and professional ethics. As he always puts his clients’ interests first, majority of his clients come from his current and former clients’ recommendations. Of course, we believe more in our friends and family rather than a stranger on the media.
Apart from being a fee earning Solicitor, Jay has been authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to carry out various roles including Supervision, Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, Training Principal etc. Other than regulatory responsibilities, he is also responsible to make sure that the Practice complies with its statutory duties, such as health and safety, data protection etc.
Jay enjoys reading books, listening to Radio 4 and write blogs, legal contents for local newspapers, websites and social media feeds. At his spare time, he also enjoys teaching his children and goes for swimming.
