Gino started her career after obtaining her LLB (Honours) degree from the University of Westminster and her LPC at the same university. She worked as a Trainee Solicitor for a high street firm in Wembley and went on to qualify as a Solicitor from a firm of Solicitors in Barkingside, Ilford 2008.
Since then she had worked in various other firms and have gained wider knowledge and experience in different areas of law, including Immigration, Family Law and Litigation. Many clients of different nationalities have benefited from her services. Many of her clients obtained Asylum between 2000-2003. She was also successful in making applications for Indefinite leave to remain, residence certificate and residence card for EEA nationals and their non-EEA nationals’ family members, naturalisation and registration as British Citizens. Indefinite leave to Remain was granted after 20 years for a client who claimed asylum in UK and EEA (PR) applications under Domestic violence category were successfully made by her and her clients were granted permanent residence in the UK.
Her work is mainly based in Immigration and Family Law however, she also had taken on general debt, general litigation and general administrative work in Conveyancing matters.
In 2014 a prolonged Divorce matter was successfully completed by her client due to quick directions and advice provided to the client by her.
Gino joined Jay Visva Solicitors in March 2018.
Gino is very loyal, hardworking and a conscientious individual. She likes to work as a part of a team however, she wishes to make her own decision in matters relating to her clients. She is confident in her own ability. She has a very good relationship with her clients.
Gino is very much interested in serving communities in and around her local church. She helps with church activities such as participate in children’s Liturgy, an Eucharistic minister and conduct confirmation sessions. She is a Foundation Governor at the local Catholic Primary School in Wembley. She loves to hear Jim Reeves, Abba, Spice Girls and Country music by Dolly Parton. She is very much interested in world politics and documentaries relating to undersea world, world heritage sites, natural disasters and how they shape our living world.
