Bhavisha Patel

Bhavisha qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. She has joined the team of Jay Visva in 2018. She has experience in dealing with all kinds of immigration and asylum matters. She has advised and can advise on the full range of Immigration Law matters. She has had advocacy experience having actively represented many clients at the Immigration Tribunal. She was previously accredited to Level 2 under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.

Bhavisha has had a varied caseload of property, civil litigation, employment, debt, family and private client matters at previous practices.

Having worked in Small and large firms Bhavisha has had the opportunity of dealing with a variety of cases, representing different types of clients.

At Jay Visva Solicitors, Bhavisha specialises in Immigration, General Litigation, Employment, Commercial Litigation and Property Law Litigation including Landlord and Tenant Law.

She can speak fluent Hindi and Gujarathi apart from English.
